For Hello Dear Heart, a small eCommerce business specializing in both physical craft kits and digital crafting resources, I led a graphic design and social media marketing project that focused on strengthening the brand’s identity and growing its online presence. Once the brand identity was set, I took managed the social media accounts on Instagram and Facebook with the goal of driving engagement, building a community, and increasing brand visibility. I developed a content calendar and produced a variety of posts, stories, and reels that showcased products in use, provided tutorials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses. I focused on brand storytelling through personal, warm captions that highlighted the business's mission of connecting people through creativity. Reels and video content played a key role in capturing attention, often demonstrating step-by-step tutorials or highlighting the unique features of the craft kits. I also used relevant hashtags to reach a broader audience, while maintaining active engagement with followers by responding to comments and direct messages. This approach led to increased social media engagement and a direct boost in sales.
